Shipping & Delivery Policy

How IQuest Solutions delivers its services and deliverables purchased through iquest.ind.in.

1. Nature of Our Offerings

IQuest Solutions provides professional information-technology services — consulting, data engineering, cloud services, design, quality engineering, staffing and related offerings. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Nothing purchased through iquest.ind.in requires physical shipment, courier or logistics handling.

2. Mode of Delivery

All services and deliverables are delivered electronically and/or through professional engagement, including:

  • Digital deliverables (reports, designs, code, documentation, dashboards) — delivered via email, secure file transfer, or the client's designated repositories and collaboration platforms;
  • Consulting and professional services — delivered remotely (video conferencing, collaboration tools) and/or on-site at the client's premises, as agreed in the applicable statement of work ("SOW");
  • Staffing and managed services — delivered through deployment of personnel to the client's project, remotely or on-site as agreed.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery schedules, milestones and timelines are defined in the applicable proposal, SOW or service agreement accepted by the client.
  • For digital deliverables with no separately agreed schedule, delivery is made within 7 business days of payment confirmation, to the email address or platform designated by the client.
  • Engagement commencement dates are confirmed in writing after receipt of the agreed advance payment.

4. Order & Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment through our payment gateway (Razorpay), you will receive a confirmation email with the transaction reference. A tax invoice/receipt is issued to your registered email address. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact admin@iquest-india.com with your payment reference.

5. Delays

If a delivery milestone is expected to be delayed, we will notify you in advance with the revised timeline and the reason. Delays attributable to circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure), or to pending client inputs, approvals or access, will extend timelines correspondingly. Persistent delivery failures attributable to IQuest are addressed under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping Charges

As no physical shipment is involved, no shipping or delivery charges apply to any purchase made through this Website. Any applicable taxes are stated on the invoice at the time of payment.
